Great infrastructure outcomes are built on well-run contracts. Bruce provides the independent judgement, commercial discipline and delivery leadership that keep projects moving — from procurement and award through construction to final certificate. Senior-led on every engagement, without the overheads of a large firm.

Why Bruce

Perspective

Both sides of the table

A career spent delivering for contractors and administering for principals. Bruce reads a program like a builder and a contract like a superintendent.

Nigel Bruce Pasco
CPEng RPEQ Civil Engineer 20+ years

Bruce Project Management is led by Nigel Bruce Pasco, a Chartered Professional Civil Engineer with more than twenty years on major Australian infrastructure — including delivery and administration roles on the Pacific Motorway, Gold Coast Light Rail and Pacific Highway programs.

Nigel's career spans contractor-side construction delivery and principal-side superintendency and program management, with deep working knowledge of the Australian standard contracts (AS4000, AS4300, AS2124, GC21) and TMR technical specifications. That combination — builder's pragmatism, superintendent's rigour — is what clients engage Bruce to bring.
