Infrastructure delivered with certainty.
Bruce Project Management partners with government and industry to administer, manage and deliver infrastructure projects across Queensland and New South Wales — bringing senior engineering judgement to every stage of the contract.
Great infrastructure outcomes are built on well-run contracts. Bruce provides the independent judgement, commercial discipline and delivery leadership that keep projects moving — from procurement and award through construction to final certificate. Senior-led on every engagement, without the overheads of a large firm.
Engaged by councils, state agencies and contractors as Superintendent, contract administrator, project manager and advisor — on projects from local works programs to major transport infrastructure.
Capability across the life of a contract.
Engage Bruce for a single role or an end-to-end delivery partnership.
Superintendency
Independent Superintendent and Superintendent's Representative services — timely assessments, directions and certifications administered fairly between principal and contractor.
Contract Administration
Rigorous management of variations, extensions of time, claims and payments — with records that stand up to scrutiny.
Project & Program Management
Delivery leadership across schedule, cost, quality and risk — for individual projects or entire capital works programs.
Contracts & Dispute Advisory
Commercial and contractual advice under the Australian standard forms — claims strategy, assessment and dispute support.
Disaster Recovery (DRFA)
Managing Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements works for local government — scoping, delivery, evidence and acquittal.
Embedded Contract Staffing
Experienced contract-management professionals placed within your team for the life of a project.
The judgement projects rely on.
Three commitments define how Bruce works.
Fair, defensible decisions
Assessments and certifications made on the contract and the evidence — protecting the project, the budget and every party's position.
Both sides of the table
A career spent delivering for contractors and administering for principals. Bruce reads a program like a builder and a contract like a superintendent.
Principal-led, always
Every engagement is led by a Chartered Professional Engineer (RPEQ). No handovers to juniors — the experience you engage is the experience you get.
Where we work.
Roads & Transport
Highways, local roads, active transport and light rail — including major corridor upgrades.
Bridges & Structures
New construction, replacement and rehabilitation across state and local networks.
Water & Wastewater
Treatment plant upgrades, pump stations and network infrastructure.
Community Infrastructure
Housing enablement, public realm and local government capital works.
Bruce Project Management is led by Nigel Bruce Pasco, a Chartered Professional Civil Engineer with more than twenty years on major Australian infrastructure — including delivery and administration roles on the Pacific Motorway, Gold Coast Light Rail and Pacific Highway programs.
Nigel's career spans contractor-side construction delivery and principal-side superintendency and program management, with deep working knowledge of the Australian standard contracts (AS4000, AS4300, AS2124, GC21) and TMR technical specifications. That combination — builder's pragmatism, superintendent's rigour — is what clients engage Bruce to bring.
